Registration

After registering, you will be sent a verification email to confirm and activate your account. From there, you will be able to return to the "Utility BIlling" section and add your utility billing accounts using your full account number (including dashes) and the amount of your last payment. If no payment has been made on your account yet please enter $0.00.

Returned Payments

If your payment is returned by your financial institution for any reason (i.e. incorrect account number, insufficient funds, etc.) your account will be assessed a $15.00 return payment fee.

Payment Processing

Your online payment will show as "Pending" until the payment is processed. All payments made after 6:00 p.m. will be processed and posted to your account the next business day.

Other Methods of Payment

In addition to our online payment option above, payments may be made through the following:

• In person or mailed to the Public Utilities Office at 1201 S. Nappanee St.
• Quick Pay Kiosks
• Automatic bank withdrawal (return form to Utility Office)
• Over the phone by dialing 1-833-250-4483
